On The Beach

Now that Reed and her friends are on the island and settled in, she Is now learning who people are and what actually goes on at the island. After having a long day she was drained, but unfortunately all the friends started filing into the party. That is when she met Upton. She had this image of Upton- typical player who will get with any girl who throws throw them self at him. After actually talking to him and getting to know him, that image was starting to fade. The next day her friends took her shopping to shape up her wardrobe for the islands. At the penthouse party that night she decided that it was time to have a little fun so as she made her way across the room to go see Upton every girl looked at her with envy. She was leaving with Upton to go for a walk on the beach. As there walking she still see the player in him but still has a feeling that he’s not all that bad. Was she caving on the Upton game? when they got back to the party poppy had arrived. The girl that had the most power on the island and was notorious of making a big deal out of everything. You can miss her anywhere. Poppy seemed like a perfectly nice girl but she had that edge that Reed was not quit sure about. When Reed came in with Upton she knew right then when Poppy screamed his name and sprinted to him called him her yummy boyfriend Reed knew that he was a complete player. Nothing else. Reed had enough and went back to the house. The next morning she awoke to Upton coming though her window and explain everything that happened the night before. He told Reed that Poppy thinks that she can control everyone and everything around her and that he was not with her. Upton explained that he can change and only be with one girl. That girl was her. She was still very hesitant to believe a word she said.

Reality

I am reading the book Paradise Lost by Kate Brian. Reed ( that main character) leads a life with a sires of unfortunate events. Reed is at a party when her "best friend" Sabine tries to kill her. After a very shocking party and a trip to the hospital, Reed soon finds out that Sabine was also stacking her. Soon after it was winter break back at home but her friend nolle coming to save her and invited her to the Caribbean to leave behind the stocking, almost getting killed experience and soon all of the reporters who were bound to be at her house by morning smothering her with questions. Reed had made her way back into Billings. Billings was a fraternity that they voted Reed out of because of Sabine. As They all had fled on there way to the Carribean they all informed Reed about the island that they were staying on and what kind of fun they were going to have. The first thing that everyone talked about was " the Upton game".Upton was gorgeous guy who went down to the island and this was a tradition to play. The first girl to sleep with Upton Giles won the game. Reed didn’t want anything to do with a player. There was casino night and many more night ahead that she may or may not regret.
